Your job as a man during your time of hurt and pain is to focus on your logic and not your emotions because making emotional moves and thinking too emotionally will only put you into a hole you'll have to later dig yourself out of. 

When you're out in public, be unemotional and unshaken when you talk to or see her because a woman who wants to see you hurt will feed off of your emotional energy. Her ego will gain pleasure and satisfaction from seeing how much control she has on your life to hurt you. 

That's why you never let your ex see you emotional and breaking down because of her. You want her always see you as a strong man who can’t be played with easily and broken down emotionally. Show your emotions of hurt, pain and anger away from her. 

That's because women will break with up with you just to see how you react. She'll watch to see how far she has herself imprinted on your heart and emotions. Move on to the next woman, the next relationship or focus fully on self improvement. 

If you have real value in the world then you’ll have other options even if not immediately. Statistically women leave relationships with men a majority of the time, so expect her to leave first. Nothing in life is permanent, not even "love". 

The most important thing for any man to do in relationships and out of relationships is to work on himself and what he has to offer the world. As long as you focus on your inner and outer growth it doesn't matter who comes in or out of your life, you'll always win. 

Nothing will feel better than the life you'll build for yourself when you focus your life on becoming the greatest and most purposeful version of himself. By methodically becoming a better you the confidence you'll build in the process will attract women all by itself!
